  • Your device is paired with your branch
  • Your product catalogue has at least one product with allergens set
  • The label roll is loaded in the device

  2. Insert the label roll with the paper feeding under the roll
  3. Pull the paper through until it exits the print slot
  4. Close the compartment
  1. On the device, tap Scan on the home screen
  2. Point the barcode scanner at the product barcode
  3. When the product is recognised, it opens in the label print screen
  1. On the device, tap New Label
  2. Use the search bar to find the product by name
  3. Tap the product to open it in the label print screen
  1. The label preview shows the product name, allergens, and use-by date
  2. Check that allergens are correct
  3. Tap Print
  4. The label prints in seconds

Every label includes:

  • Product name
  • All allergens (bold, all 14 UK allergens listed if present)
