Users

The Users page lets you add team members, assign roles, and control access to the cloud dashboard.

Staff are added without an email address — they use the device with a PIN and cannot access the cloud dashboard. Managers and owners can log in with email and password.

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Tap Add staff or Add manager
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Role — select Staff or Manager/Owner
    • Name — full name
    • Email — required for managers (they receive a login invite); not required for staff
  4. Tap Add

Tap the menu (three dots) on a user card and select Edit to update their name, email, or role.

Tap the menu (three dots) on a user card and select Remove. The user loses all access to the panel.
