Users
The Users page lets you add team members, assign roles, and control access to the cloud dashboard.
User Roles
Section titled “User Roles”| Role | Cloud Dashboard | Device |

| Owner | Full access to all branches and settings | PIN on device |
| Manager | Full access within assigned branches | PIN on device |
| Staff | Cannot log in to the dashboard | PIN on device only |
Staff are added without an email address — they use the device with a PIN and cannot access the cloud dashboard. Managers and owners can log in with email and password.
Add a Team Member
Section titled “Add a Team Member”- Go to Settings → Users
- Tap Add staff or Add manager
- Fill in the details:
- Role — select Staff or Manager/Owner
- Name — full name
- Email — required for managers (they receive a login invite); not required for staff
- Tap Add
Edit a User
Section titled “Edit a User”Tap the menu (three dots) on a user card and select Edit to update their name, email, or role.
Remove a User
Section titled “Remove a User”Tap the menu (three dots) on a user card and select Remove. The user loses all access to the panel.
