Products
The Products page is where you add, edit, and manage all products in your catalogue. Every product has allergens, use-by periods, and optional categories.
Add a Product
Section titled “Add a Product”- Go to Products in the sidebar
- Tap Add new (or Bulk add for multiple products)
- Fill in the details:
- Name — the name that appears on the label (e.g., “Chicken Tikka Masala”)
- Category — group products (e.g., “Mains”, “Desserts”)
- Use-by period — number of hours until the product expires
- Allergens — select all allergens present
- Tap Save
The product becomes available on all paired devices immediately.
Edit a Product
Section titled “Edit a Product”- Tap on the product card
- Tap Edit (pencil icon)
- Update the details and save
Changes sync to all paired devices within seconds.
Allergen Labels on the Cloud
Section titled “Allergen Labels on the Cloud”The 14 UK allergens are available when adding or editing a product. Each allergen you select will appear in bold on every printed label.
Pending Product Requests
Section titled “Pending Product Requests”When a staff member requests a new product from the device, it appears here with status Pending. A manager must approve and set allergens before the product can be printed.

Search and Filter
Section titled “Search and Filter”Use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find products by name or allergen.
Bulk Add
Section titled “Bulk Add”If you need to add multiple products at once, tap Bulk add on the Products page. This opens a streamlined form for adding several products in one go.
