Labels

The Labels page shows every label printed from all devices across your branch.

View Labels

1. Go to Labels in the sidebar
2. All labels are shown in a list, most recent first
3. Use the search bar to find a specific product by name

Each label card shows:

• Product name
• Use-by date — colour coded (green = OK, orange = expiring soon, red = expired)
• Allergens — listed if present
• Removed badge — shown if the label was later marked as removed

Expiring and Expired Labels

The badge on each label tells you the status at a glance:

Status	Meaning
Green / date	OK — within use-by window
Orange / “Xh left”	Expiring within 24 hours
Red / “Expired”	Past the use-by date

The home screen also shows expiring and expired labels so you can act quickly.

Print Log

Every label ever printed is stored in the cloud. Once printed from the device, it appears here and stays in the log even if the physical label is removed.

No Labels Showing?

Labels appear here once they are printed from the device. If you don’t see any labels yet:

1. Make sure your device is paired to your branch
2. Print a label from the device
3. The label will appear here within seconds of printing
