Devices

The Devices page shows all devices paired to your branch and lets you manage pairing.

  1. Go to Settings → Devices
  2. Tap Pair device
  3. A 6-digit pairing code is displayed — valid for 5 minutes
  4. On the device, go to Settings → Device Pairing
  5. Enter the 6-digit code
  6. The device shows “Paired successfully” and begins syncing

Each device card shows:

  • Device name — assigned when pairing
  • Model and serial — useful for support
  • Online / Offline — whether the device is connected to the cloud
  • Last sync — when the device last communicated with the cloud

Tap the menu (three dots) on the device card and select Unpair. The device is disconnected from the branch and can be paired to a different branch.

Tap the menu (three dots) on the device card and select Delete permanently. The device is removed from the dashboard. Use this if the device is no longer in use.

Tap the terminal icon on the device card to view error logs sent from the device. This is useful for troubleshooting hardware issues with support.

For hardware issues, contact support with the device serial number.
