Devices
The Devices page shows all devices paired to your branch and lets you manage pairing.
Pair a New Device
Section titled “Pair a New Device”- Go to Settings → Devices
- Tap Pair device
- A 6-digit pairing code is displayed — valid for 5 minutes
- On the device, go to Settings → Device Pairing
- Enter the 6-digit code
- The device shows “Paired successfully” and begins syncing
View Paired Devices
Section titled “View Paired Devices”Each device card shows:
- Device name — assigned when pairing
- Model and serial — useful for support
- Online / Offline — whether the device is connected to the cloud
- Last sync — when the device last communicated with the cloud
Unpair a Device
Section titled “Unpair a Device”Tap the menu (three dots) on the device card and select Unpair. The device is disconnected from the branch and can be paired to a different branch.
Delete a Device
Section titled “Delete a Device”Tap the menu (three dots) on the device card and select Delete permanently. The device is removed from the dashboard. Use this if the device is no longer in use.
View Device Logs
Section titled “View Device Logs”Tap the terminal icon on the device card to view error logs sent from the device. This is useful for troubleshooting hardware issues with support.
Device Status
Section titled “Device Status”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Online | Connected to cloud and syncing |
| Offline | No connection — records stored locally until restored |
For hardware issues, contact support with the device serial number.
