Reports

Reports covers labelling, waste, compliance and team activity for the branch selected in the sidebar. They are grouped into three sets.

Operations

Label Report is the full print log for the last 90 days: a summary panel with totals and a chart, then every label with its product, printed date, use-by and status. Search by product name, page through the list, and use Export PDF for a branded copy carrying your organisation and branch details. This is the one to hand over for an audit or a customer’s due-diligence request.

Staff Activity shows how many labels each team member printed over 7, 30 or 90 days, and a heatmap of your busiest prep windows. It exports to PDF too. The point is not to rank people; it is to see whether labelling is spread across the team or resting on one person.

Product Usage ranks what is printed most and least over the period, so you can retire products nobody has touched in months.

Compliance and Safety

Compliance Pack is the single document for an EHO visit. Pick 7, 30 or 90 days and it gives you three sections:

• Label discipline: labels printed, labels removed, removal rate, and any left expired on the shelf
• Wastage log: records, quantity, cost and the breakdown by reason
• Catalogue and allergens: active products, and how many have allergens declared

Export PDF produces it as one branded file.

Expired on Shelf lists labels past their use-by that were never marked as removed. It is a job list rather than a report: every row is something to deal with.

Allergen Matrix puts every active product against every allergen in one grid. It is the fastest way to find a product nobody has declared anything for, and it doubles as a reference when someone asks what is in what.

Waste and Cost

Over-Production compares what you print against what you waste, per product, over 7, 30 or 90 days. A high rate on one line is almost always a batch size worth cutting.

Waste Report breaks wastage down by reason and period with the cost attached, which is the number that makes the case for changing prep.
