Label Report
The Label Report page gives you a full overview of label activity for the last 90 days, with summary statistics and a searchable label list.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”- Go to Reports in the sidebar
- The page shows label data for the last 90 days for the selected branch
Summary Panel
Section titled “Summary Panel”The top of the page displays summary statistics including total labels printed, live labels, expired labels, and removed labels. A chart visualises label activity over the reporting period.
Label List
Section titled “Label List”Below the summary, every label printed in the last 90 days is listed in a grid. Each label card shows:
- Product name
- Printed date (when the label was printed)
- Use-by date (when the label expires or expired)
- Status — Live, Expired, or Removed
Use the search bar to filter labels by product name.
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”The label list is paginated (50 labels per page). Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate through pages.
Export to PDF
Section titled “Export to PDF”Click Export PDF to produce a branded copy of the label report, carrying your organisation and branch details in the header. Use it for EHO inspections, internal audits and customer due-diligence requests.

Section titled “Other Reports”The Reports section holds several other views alongside this one:
