Bulk Labels

The Bulk Labels page lets you create label print jobs from the cloud dashboard. Devices pick up pending bulk jobs and print them in sequence.

Create a Bulk Job

1. Go to Labels in the sidebar, then tap Bulk print (or navigate to Bulk Labels)
2. Select a product from the dropdown
3. Set the quantity (number of labels to print for that product)
4. Tap Add label to add it to the list
5. Repeat for additional products
6. When ready, tap Save X items

The bulk job is created with status Pending and appears in the Pending bulk jobs panel on the right.

Pending Bulk Jobs

The right panel shows all pending bulk jobs that have not yet been picked up by a device. Each job card shows:

• Status badge (Pending)
• Total label count
• Product breakdown (e.g. “Chicken Breast x12”)
• Created date and time

Once a device picks up the job and starts printing, the status updates automatically.

Tips

• Use bulk labels for prep sessions where you need many labels at once (e.g. morning food prep).
• Each product in the job can have a different quantity.
• Bulk jobs are processed in order on the device — make sure labels rolls have enough capacity.
