Consumables

The Consumables page lets you order label rolls and other supplies directly from the cloud dashboard. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Place an Order

1. Go to Consumables in the sidebar
2. Set the quantity for each item using the + / - steppers
3. The order summary on the right updates automatically
4. Optionally add Notes (e.g. delivery instructions)
5. Tap Submit & pay
6. You will be redirected to Stripe to complete payment

Available Products

Products may include label rolls (standard 300-label rolls, 50x40mm) and label cases. Prices are shown per unit excluding VAT.

Order History

Below the order form, all previous orders are listed with:

• Items ordered and quantities
• Total amount
• Order date

Each order shows a status badge:

Status	Meaning
Awaiting payment	Order created but not yet paid
Confirmed	Payment received, processing
Fulfilled	Delivered to your address

For unpaid orders, tap Pay now to retry checkout. When tracking is available, a Track button appears with the delivery link. A Receipt button links to the Stripe receipt.

Tips

• Only LabelFood-approved label rolls should be used with your device. Third-party rolls may void the warranty and cause print quality issues.
• Order rolls before you run out — delivery times vary.
